Are you tired or stressed? Join us for a time of motivation and faith and learn to unwind, relax and recharge in a safe atmosphere where you don’t need to perform or worry about anyone else’s opinion.

Director, Kelly Master will share a short uplifting message followed by a time of open discussion. This is not a religious program, but a time to reflect and grow. We will have coffee and snacks free of charge and an informal, relaxing time to chill out and unwind. You deserve it.
