Note from Director Kelly Master:

In 2017, through a providential setup, I began sending free copies of “SHINE-Uplifting Words for Girls in Stilettos” to several prisons in Mississippi and Alabama. The word spread quickly, and Chaplains from many states began emailing me for copies for their prisons. My goal was to put this small book of hope, healing, and restoration into the hands of many incarcerated women so they would know they are not alone.

In 2019, we began visiting women in prisons to offer a powerful and life-changing message of hope and redemption. We mentor and disciple through visitations, correspondence, and follow-up resources, all free of charge to the prisons and inmates. Our goal is to extend dignity and remind each woman that she has value and destiny. There is nobody beyond the love of God.

We have met many incredible people behind bars. They feel forgotten, but our visitations and resources lift their spirits and offer them hope. In this new season of 2021, we expand our reach into more prisons, detention centers, and recovery homes across the country. We walk in faith, knowing that the God who leaves the 99 to find the one will lead and provide us to reach more women with the hope, freedom, and restoration of Christ.
